    At Summit Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.

    Banks are an “Essential Service,” that may remain open so we will continue to operate during the emergency. However, the bank may be reducing/changing operating hours of its various branches in a way that allows for continued banking services while helping our staff meet the needs of their families. These changes might take place with little notice other than a notice on our website or the door of a particular branch. Please contact your local branch for hours of operation.

    Whenever possible, please utilize online services or our mobile banking app, reserving branch visits for those tasks that cannot be performed from home. If you do not already have access to online services and require assistance please email your request to or contact us at 510.839.8800. The mobile deposit service will still require a completed paper application, but during the ongoing coronavirus situation mobile deposit fees will be waived.
